We are currently accepting applications for all vendor categories.
We require a Sales Tax Permit for all businesses that are not Retail, Cottage Food or Non Profits. Food trucks must provide proper permits & insurance. Also please note that we only accept a certain number of vendors in each category to prevent market saturation. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us at
Market Operations:
Cibolo Grange Farmer's Market operates EVERY 1st and 3rd Thursday evening from 4-7pm with vendor setup from 2-3:30pm.
Vendor Space Pricing:
If your application is approved in writing and space is available, current booth rates are as follows (subject to change):
Payment Due Dates:
Monthly payments are due by the 1st of each month for that same month
in advance. Cash or check payments can be made the PRIOR month during any Thursday market for the month ahead, at the Info Booth only.
Late payments after the 1st of the month may not accepted, please pay on time to make sure you are not replaced by another vendor in your category.
Rain or Shine & No Refunds or Credits:
Our market operates rain or shine. Outdoor vendors will not be guaranteed an indoor or overhang space to move to if space does not permit. There are no credits or refunds for this market.
